At EUPKBN, interns gain hands-on, meaningful experience that supports their academic and professional goals. Our internship programme spans research, writing, database management, policy analysis, communications, and event planning offering direct exposure to how a European business organisation operates in a complex emerging-market environment.

Interns work alongside senior colleagues, attend EUPKBN events, engage with visiting delegations, and contribute to live policy and advocacy projects. The experience is structured to build both technical and professional competencies, and is designed for motivated students and early-career professionals from Pakistan, Europe, and beyond.

Our internships align with Pakistan’s Uraan Pakistan youth and entrepreneurship agenda and with EU priorities on skills, mobility, and people-to-people engagement ensuring that participants contribute to, and benefit from, the broader EU–Pakistan partnership.
